Dr Tseng is a fantastic dentist -- thorough, kind, and I am confident I am well take care of with her. Her staff is amazing -- incredibly friendly and genuine and highly skilled. Amy is especially impressive, both in her technical expertise/knowledge and her communication skills. I always leave this office in a better mood and with sparkling teeth.
The entire staff have helped me with dental hygiene tips and tricks to make my teeth healthier but also not cost me a lot of time. Now I look forward to getting to see Cindy and everyone! Even the ladies who help schedule appointments brighten my day! They call and remind but not in an annoying way. They all remember me and it feels like I'm getting to catch up with friends when there. Why would you see any other dentist? That's what I tell my friends at least!
Dr. Cindy Tseng is a very friendly people person. I am always nervous around medical professionals, but she made me feel comfortable enough to easily discuss my concerns with her. I really appreciated everyone who took care of me during my first visit. The young woman who took my X-rays was nice, efficient/fast. Amy, the hygienist, was super kind, light-hearted, and informative. Lastly, Dr. Tseng was not only detailed in the information about the state of my teeth and gums, but translated everything in a simple, practical way that I could understand.
